In small and great ways, each of our losses links us to what we love, and can be pathways to slowing down, looking deeply into our experience, and fostering deep resources of kindness and self-compassion.
Inspired by the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Kristin Neff, we will explore how practices of mindfulness and compassion can enable us to be better placed to face the demands and challenges of traversing illness.
