Ethan Pollock
Ethan has been facilitating mindfulness groups and retreats since his early twenties. He was one of the founding members of Wake Up London, a still thriving community of young meditators (aged 18-35). He spent five years training at Plum Village with the internationally recognised mindfulness teacher & Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. He currently offers retreats and classes on mindfulness and Buddhism at The Barn Retreat, Mindful Living Retreats and local meditation groups around the UK.
